A List of Assorted Habits that can create positive habits of peak performance (List #1)

1. Eat selectively.

2. Listen to music that enhances the awareness of the brain.

3. Listen and watch good informational talk shows.
Charlierose.com, Fox News, KGO AM 810, Bill O'Rielly's The O'Reilly Factor & The Radio Factor , etc.

4. Be well read. (Use your local library and read selectively.)
My list: SJ Mercury, NY Times, London Times, Fortune, WSJ, etc.
* You are what you read.


5. Be a great listener and concise notetaker.
/// A lot of the great thinkers kept their ideas in their notebooks. Diagram your ideas and connect them. to other ideas.
* You are what you retain.


6. Be a good internal player.

Practice internal martial arts exercises like Taiji, Baguazhang and Xingyi from principles-oriented instructors.
* You are who you are based on your level of conscious awareness.
