The commonalities that this Cardinal found with most World Class Strategic Leaders are their creativity, the vast amt. of strategic & tactical experience, the network connections & persuasiveness in close quarter negotiations, an understanding of ancient history, a subtle sense of ["above average"] competitiveness, etc.

Most of them were well-rounded renaissance men.
