Developing and implementing strategy is easy. Collaborate with others is difficult and challenging.

Collaboration is about building bridges, not walls.

Relationships are built when the mind, heart and spirit of the group is unified therefore collaboration becomes tangible. The secret is having everyone understand the specifics behind big picture and the components that connect with it. When everyone connects with the vision, they connect with each other.

In any economy, the emphasis is "collaborate to compete". The collaborative team that leads not follow, will always succeed.
