Best Practice (7b): Zone and Extend

[ Establishing the Zone.]

In term of the mind-body connection, there are generally five type of peoples:

1. Move intensively fast and hard in a changing frame but can't concentrate in a still situation
(Possible ADD).

2. Concentrate well in a still situation, but can't move untensively fast and hard in a changing frame.

3. Concentrate well and move intensively fast and solid in both "still or slow moving" situation and a "changing" situation.

4. Can't do either #1 and #2.

5. Perform #3 esp. within a multi-change setting.
