Food for thought

As a player of the internal martial arts, has returned to the discipline of watching what I eat.

Drink more water and eat less.

Steamed or Roasted Chicken is great for protein. Light consumption of processed carbohydrates. Avoids white bread, white rice, flour, sugar, pasta and potatoes like the plague.

Follow a strict protein diet of lean meats and fish supplemented with plenty of water and
vitamins and minerals. Also a lot of lean proteins like egg whites, fresh and wholesome fruit and vegetables, whole-grains and healthy recipes. The bottom line is a combination of organic, whole-food diet rich in lean proteins and light on processed

The less fat one has. The better the hydration process is.

Exercise. Exercise. Exercise.

Exercise the body. Exercise the mind. Exercise the spirit. No real order.

However, one Chinese's IMA instructor told me that following, "... Build up the body. Increase and cultivate the Qi. Enhance the Shin. ..."
