A good leader knows how to define the mission in terms of clarity. Connecting the goal and specifics in terms of the whats, the how's and the possible circumstances.
Once the team understands the geist of the mission, he gets out of their way. Assists them whenever there are interferences, then he patiencely wait, observe and assess.
