Some rules from my own list of the general strategic rules:
- Collaboratively define the plan, unify the plan and finally lead with it;
- Know the seasonal cycle of yourself, your settings and where you are going;
- Define the plan based on the settings that is in front of you;
- The amount of time preparing a gameplan is invertly proportionally to the amount of time it takes to implement it;
- The number of active variables increases the number of complexity;
- Decrease the number of those variables increases your chance of winning;
- Focus on a balanced gameplan on the long run.
Summary:
The secret to successful gameplay is having "the edge over odds". This comes from knowing what cyclical situation to be prepared for. This type of preparation gives one the superior advantage to take control for that cycle.
Do you have the "edge over odds"?
