As an amateur martial art player, this Cardinal has been playing internal exercises like Baguazhang, Taiji and Xing Yi for quite a while. Skillwise, he knows he needs to improve constantly.
As this Cardinal reflect on my practice, believe the secret to accomplishing great things is achieving internal stillness and staying in it for a 24/ 7 mode. Some people refers to it as "Serenity". Others refers it as "Zheng Xin".
When one is in this state (regardless of the name), there is certainity. Certainity as in "Clarity and consistency of state of relaxation", full body alignment and then extending the state of internal stillness geometrically. There is no ambiguity and conflict. No impulsive behavior.
From the practice of this state in a 24/7 mode, this Cardinal developed the feel of "Four Ounces Conquering a Thousand Pounds". At this state, one can hear their thoughts, while having the feel of lowering the volume of any electronic audio devices to the min. Another extension from this practice is the capability of observing and completing events without an emotional glitch.
This state of internal stillness is quite deeper than what is expressed.
This constant practice of Zheng Xin enables me to operate at 110 percent capacity without being affect by the outside world.
Of course. ... To some ppl, my 110 percent capacity can be compared to someone's else as 200%. To the rare few, my 110% percent is someone's 5%.
